The AlienCamel privacy policy should be read in combination with this document. This document describes our privacy practises for the 9cays email conversation service.

What information we collect and its purpose.

• When you post information to the 9cays service the details are stored on our servers so we can email the messages and publish them on the 9cays web site.

Use of the information

• Your postings are accessible by the participants in the email conversation. A participant can transmit the information contained in your posting to another party without your knowledge or consent.
• Any information in your postings are accessible to the public if they know the URL of the web page archive of the email conversation. However, the web page address is extremely difficult to guess so unless a participant in the conversation gives out the URL to another party it will not be accessible by the public.
• We do not provide the web page address of the email archives to search engines. However, even if the web page address is provided to search engines by an email participant the web page will not be accessed and indexed by search engines that conform to the Robots Exclusion Standard.
